Need to bring your group of IEA members together for brainstorming, interactive training, or other local association activities? IEA Naperville has four conference rooms that can accommodate small and mid-size groups.

Scheduling Policy

Conference room space is scheduled based on priority:

  1. Region Council
  2. Joint Region Trainings
  3. Local Associations
  4. IEA Staff
  5. IEA Members
  6. Outside Group not connected to IEA

Any meeting occurring after office hours in which there is no presence of IEA Staff, Local Presidents or Region Chairs will need prior approval and arrangements made for locking up the office.

Catering Delivery & Hotel
